Quid, Roma – Italy

The design of Quid, located on the rooftop of Palazzo Marignoli, was conceived as a dialogue between art, design, and gastronomy, creating a refined and immersive destination in the heart of Rome. Curated by interior designer Stefano Guidotti and his studio, the project combines bespoke elements and carefully selected furnishings to create an elegant and contemporary atmosphere, where every detail contributes to a coherent spatial narrative. Natural materials such as marble, brass, lime-based finishes, and travertine shape both the interiors and the terrace, while a sophisticated balance of textures, colors, and surfaces ensures continuity between indoor and outdoor spaces. Conceived around the culinary vision of chef Enrico Bartolini, the project translates a philosophy of excellence, research, and attention to detail into a seamless dining experience.
