The Glam Restaurant project stems from the desire to intertwine Venice’s historical heritage with Enrico Bartolini’s contemporary gastronomic vision. Located within the prestigious Palazzo Venart, the space engages with a context rich in cultural and architectural layers, transforming them into a harmonious dialogue between memory and innovation. The interior design enhances the building’s noble character—its proportions, textures and decorative features—integrating them with a clean, contemporary language that reflects the essential elegance of the chef’s cuisine. At the core of the concept, a bespoke wallpaper narrates the “journey of spices” from the East to Venice: a poetic and symbolic element recalling the city’s ancient mercantile role and becoming the visual thread of the space. The interplay of materials, light and decoration creates a warm, sophisticated atmosphere, where every detail accompanies guests on a sensory journey blending history, taste and modernity.
